I’m not sure about you but I was more than eager to watch X Factor today, not for the countless untalented contestants I can head to the local and watch karaoke for that. I was waiting for the new Thomson advert to air, having seen it online earlier this week. The ‘quality time’ advert is the biggest-ever campaign for Thomson Holidays. It’s fantastic to see great planning insight at work, and just goes to show what it can do to help direct the creative, which is also executed beautifully. Thomson Holidays has invested £5 million in the campaign, which takes ownership of ‘quality time’, a brand value that is sure to pull at the heart strings of many consumers out there.
